We want you to feel as good as you look in DripDrop apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Make sure the original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
